Arete Industries is interested in evaluating opportunities to work with Chinese firms having an interest in exporting their goods to our facilities in the U.S. from which:
1) These goods would be distributed by us on behalf of our Chinese partner,
2) These goods (components) would be assembled by us, and then distributed,
3) These components would be assembled as components or subassemblies:
a. We would manufacturer/fabricate the structure which would house these subassemblies and components,
b. We would complete the final assembly,
c. We would repackage the finished item and distribute it based on orders obtained by our Chinese partner,
d. We would repackage the finished item and distribute it based on orders obtained by our sales activity.
We have a very nice facility and highly skilled resources located in northern Michigan, where we are not subject to the many issues associated with large metropolitan areas. Our people are very dedicated and have developed personal habits that cause them to be very quality conscious, and highly productive.
We currently provide outsourcing services to the automotive and plastics industries, and are interested in diversifying our product mix and better utilizing our resource skills.
